By creating an account or using Fish IQ ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Fish IQ lets you log fishing spots and catches, view statistics, receive AI-generated fishing recommendations, and share spots with other users. A free 24-hour trial is provided, after which continued use requires an active paid subscription.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information when registering.
Paid subscriptions (monthly or yearly) are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You retain ownership of the spots, catches, photos, and notes you submit ("Content"). By submitting Content, you grant us a licence to store and display it within the App, including to collaborators you choose to share a spot with.
You agree not to scrape, copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the App or its data, and not to use the App for unlawful purposes or to upload content that infringes others' rights.
Fishing recommendations are generated by AI based on your logged data and general information. They are provided for informational purposes only and are not a guarantee of results. Always follow local fishing regulations.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your data at any time.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
